Delayed data after connecting to trading account

Hi I have been using CME waiver for several years. Usually after I have connect to my broker data feed (IB) each month I get live data. I have done this several times today but am still getting delayed data. Please advise

Make sure you are connecting to your live Interactive Brokers account. Do this again and provide the message log as explained below. Thanks but I have had IB set-up now for several years. I connect monthly to satisfy the waiver condition and it has always worked. Today it stopped working (I connected at least 6 times this morning). I do not understand why the log doesnt show this connection but I can now see that I am getting real-time data (as opposed to delayed).
