Thanks but I have had IB set-up now for several years. I connect monthly to satisfy the waiver condition and it has always worked. Today it stopped working (I connected at least 6 times this morning). I do not understand why the log doesnt show this connection but I can now see that I am getting real-time data (as opposed to delayed).
