I am trying to find if I can just trade from 1 chart and copy to multiple accounts from separate companies or multiple accounts from same company without using 3rd party software.

What is available within Sierra Chart only works with multiple accounts that are available under a single login. Refer to the information here:
Order Allocation to Trade Accounts
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

@John - SC Support
When will SC complete the ability to copy trades to multiple accounts from separate companies?
ie: Place a trade with UProfit and have that order copied over to 5 accounts on Apex.

No, this is not going to be supported.

Thanks for the update.

I will tackle this project on my own and if needed look for a developer on Upwork to assist with it.
Will need to transfer the order information from the Leader SC instance to the separate follower SC instance.

Ticks,

did you manage to find any solution for copy trade on different brokers?

I am having issues with the trade copier.
Sometimes it will close my main and close and open opposite direction with limit orders on some of the copies.
I just blew 3 accounts. 12 trades (4 trades 3 contracts each) on the main supposed to copy 5x to 3 bigger accounts. The 3 bigger accounts went 24 97 22 trades...should all be the same.
-$750 -$6356 -$748 with 2 still running that will not close

You need to analyze the Trade Activity Log to see what specifically has happened with these orders. We do not know and it is not within our scope of our support to analyze this. Use the functionality at your own risk because it is certainly not going to work perfectly. It cannot since there can be order rejections.

You also need to make sure that the Positions are the same on the accounts the orders are allocated to as compared to the main account.

Opening positions is fine. It is closing them that causes issues.

What is the fastest way to kill trades and orders if this happens in the future

You can do this through the Trade Positions Window:
Trading Information Windows: Flatten Trade Positions

This must be related to order rejections which will be revealed in the Trade Activity Log:
Opening positions is fine. It is closing them that causes issues.

We also see you are running an older version of Sierra Chart. You should update but we do not think this is relevant to the issue. Instructions:

Look into the following. It's not free but works very well.

Was this issue ever resolved? I have the same problems happening to me. I have multiple accounts under the same login copied, but when I go to Flatten the position, it starts automatically opening other trades on all the "copy to" accounts, not on the "copy from" account. Just this morning 6-9 trades were taken automatically after I Flattened my first trade. Also, the trades that were mysteriously taken, some were long, some were short on different "copy to" accounts. Makes no sense. I did not have Autotrade selected either. Appreciate any help, tough to find anything on this.

This is because the other accounts did not have the same Position Quantity as the controlling account the order was copied from :
it starts automatically opening other trades on all the "copy to" accounts, not on the "copy from" account.

What is copied to the other accounts is the identical order that is being submitted from the controlling account. It is not a flatten operation for the other accounts.

We will implement a solution to this in the next release.

Why in the world would it do that, since the Order Allocation was set to be the same as the "copy from" account? Why would Flatten ever cause an order to be placed instead of closed? I appreciate your help.

Easy for that to happen when the master account gets all its contract filled and the copied accounts dont.
ie: buy long 5 contracts at limit price. Master account get filled with the 5 contracts and the copy accounts only get filled for 4 contracts.
So using the flatten button the the master account sends the same sell order to the copied accounts. Which results in 4 contracts closed "sold" and one contract opened "short position" on the copied accounts.
Its simple math.

I never use market orders to enter trades.
But, hopefully the SC team will have your issue corrected in the next version release.
Plus also update the software change log webpage.
It hasn't been updated since version 2494 and version 2504 was released today.

A solution to the potential Flatten issue when using the Order Allocation to Trade Accounts feature has been implemented in version 2504. Refer to the notes here regarding this:

Thank you for the update and information. I was working with a friend on this issue yesterday and he said the issue is that the "Enable Order Allocation to Trade Accounts" is chart/account specific. So, when it is on for say Chart #1 and that is the Trade Window I am using to trade, I initiate the trade and it is copied to all other accounts. However, If I click on another chart while that trade is active and filled and then try to Flatten the position, it does not Flatten the trade for the copy accounts, since I clicked on another chart and the "Enable Order Allocation to Trade Accounts" only stays active on the chart I initiated the trade on. So, then I find myself clicking on each account in my Trade Window frantically flattening trades, yet all that is doing is initiating more trades on all the other accounts, except my "Copy From" account. My friend said he put a request for this issue to be resolved and added in a new release, but as of yet has not happened. Also, as I said previously, the issue was not different contract sizes. I appreciate the help and hopefully you all can resolve this issue soon. Regards, Tom

In a rush, you can flatten positions in different accounts from the "Trade Position Window" with : Flatten and Flatten All.

Not sure what you guys did in the new release, but now my Copy To Accounts are trading extra contracts than my Copy From account. I updated SC to the latest release and this is what has resulted. I am attaching some screenshots. Also, the trade activity log is showing trades from a previous day when I have the "Today" box checked. I have the Multiplier set to 1 as well. In my testing on 02/02 and 02/03, it seems the first trade traded the correct contract size, then after did not. Then sim 2 traded all by itself on a 4 multiplier when the others actually traded properly to the Copy From account.

I have even further crazy problems now. As I was testing with a friend, the Copy To accounts were going crazy with 500+ contract size orders. I attached two Trade Activity Logs for you to see. This is ridiculously bizarre.

I updated to the latest version 2504 and I have had no issues with the copy to accounts.
Maybe you should remove all copy to accounts from the order allocations. Then make sure that no accounts are copied to.
Then add each account back with the the multiplier you want.

Replay the charts in sim and you can simply look at the Trade Positions window while the trade is open and you will be able to see exactly if the multiplier is working correctly.

Can't remember if I removed and then re-added the copy to accounts like you just mentioned after I updated. I'll try that. Thank you. This is maddening, so I really appreciate that input.
