This is because the other accounts did not have the same Position Quantity as the controlling account the order was copied from : it starts automatically opening other trades on all the "copy to" accounts, not on the "copy from" account. What is copied to the other accounts is the identical order that is being submitted from the controlling account. It is not a flatten operation for the other accounts.
