hi i have full cme package but symbols no worked for eample : MCLM , MGCM , SILN,QGM, M6BM , M6AM , M6EM , 6JM . i checked with my brocker the problem is in your side.

If those are the exact way you entered the symbols then those will not work. Each service that Sierra Chart can connect to uses their own specific symbol methodology. Our servers show that you are connected to our Teton Order Routing Service, in which case the MCL M contract for 2022 would need to be entered as the following:
MCLM22_FUT_CME

If you open a chart using File >> Find Symbol then you will always get the correct symbol format for the service you are using. Refer to the following for how to open a chart using the Find Symbol window:

First of all, the symbols you are looking at are relatively low volume, meaning the trades are fewer. Therefore when you say it is slow, we think that is just simply the particular trading for that symbol.

For example, open a chart for ESM22_FUT_CME which has volumes for a 5 minute bar of around 20000. See how that chart acts in comparison to the others.

And in terms of the Countdown Timer, there are times when it can skip a second or so just because of how the charts need to calculate. But also refer to the information here:

Dear , I compare this symbols in Treiding view, it is no same , on sierra this symbols is freeze , in treiding view the symbols work correctly. Pls solve this problem

I even can not do modification stop loss and take profit for this symbols . all is freezed , it is looked that is no connected to service .

The data Sierra Chart provides is correct from the exchange for the particular symbol you are charting. If you have a problem with the data from the exchange contact the exchange about this.

I even can not do modification stop loss and take profit for this symbols . all is freezed , it is looked that is no connected to service .
Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Connect to the data feed:

Select "File >> Connect to Data Feed"
