I've followed the instructions to change charts to reflect All SC service, and the header displays "M" after the instrument and delayed is displayed at end of chart header. How can i receive the real time data feed? https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1650638065587.png

You are getting the Delayed Streaming Data because you do not have any real-time exchanges active. Thanks John, I have an active Denali datafeed, however, when attempting to initiate a trade, the DOM switches to SIM. I've read in Support Board this is due to SC All Services selection in the Data/Trade settings. I haven't moved from AMP at this time, and don't see how to connect trade service to this broker. Can you point me in the correct direction to resolve? Thanks |

John - Follow-up I selected CQG WebAPI for the trade service, no datafeed service was selected because Denali is included with the appropriate SC package. I apologize for not getting this at the beginning. Kevin |

Hello, I used to have service package 12 but am now switching over to the delayed data feed that is free but Sierra does not connect to any data feed. Are there any settings I need to change to simply get the free delayed feed for ES and NQ?

Kvonr824: You need to set your Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service to SC Data - All Services. You also need to have an active account. The account you have posted from is expired, and you will not get any data into the system when you have an expired account. Hey John thanks for the response. How do I re-activate my account? I tried doing the trial activation but that still did not work. I'm strictly looking for delayed feed data at the moment while I get back up to speed with the platform before I start paying for a service again

We see you have not used all of your Trial time, so we have given you the remainder of that time into your account - 12 days. As to the delayed data - be sure to set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service to SC Data - All Services.
