according to ninjatrader 8 my data is delayed I purchased data from Sierra chart but it says delayed at top of screen and numbers differ from ninjatrader platform to sierra chart can you help fix this issue???

You have not completed the setup for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You need to go through the instructions at the following link for the CME Group data:

Or the following link if you are wanting data from EUREX, CFE, or NASDAQ TotalView:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: All Other Exchanges*

If you are wanting real-time data from the CME Group, then you need to be able to connect to your trading account in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees. Refer to the following:
