Hello, I wanna renew my subscription and buy "Advanced + Denali Data Feed" service so would only Denali data feed service volumes provide me Like CQG volume (a good volume)? And I saw some volume reference is paid service so Denali provides from where the volume, if I do not wanna pay more than 220$ what would happen me?? I think in default some service volume with Denali is free, but some of them is paid, is not right? Please guide me, everything with your software is changed... |

You will need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed for data. What markets do you need data for or want to trade? For example, what particular futures, Forex or stock symbols. You can also give us the exchanges that the particular symbol or symbols trade on. If you require real-time futures data, then refer to: Is Historical and Real-time Data Included? Hello, Thanks for replying me. I want trade GBPUSD EURUSD XAUUSD symbols. With selecting "Advanced + Denali Data Feed" so I would not need any other data provider service?! does Denali provide me needed volume for trading? Denali volume comes from where in default mode?! |

I read but could not understand still now... If I pay for denali so should I pay extra for data feed again? previously it is easy to get data feed but everything is changed to hard way and expensive way! it hurts to your business in long term. |

You state that you only need data for FOREX pairs. As such, you do not need the Denali Exchange Data Feed for this. We offer FOREX data from FXCM for free with any Sierra Chart Package. Thanks for your kind dear. Yes, "SC Data - All Services" worked for me, so I should buy denali service now or not? I want have real time data without delay (I am scalper, Interaday and Swing trader). Thank you so much. Future data is better because gives exact or better volume for me and I can trade better. |

Tornet, do you have a Futures Trading Account? I ask this because whether you have a Futures Trading Account, or not, can be decisive in the cost of real-time CME Group data -- as you can see here there is a significant penalty for falling into the Professional Category: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Supported Exchanges (Exchange Fees) The CME Group expects you to have a Futures Trading Account in order to qualify as a Non-Professional [*Note: we know of only the CME having this rule, not EUREX, not CFE, not NASDAQ, not NYSE, just CME*] From the CME Certification: "The Non-Professional Subscriber must: a. have an active and funded futures trading account; b. be an individual, natural person or small business entity" The solution if you do not have a Futures Trading Account (but would otherwise qualify as a Non-Professional) is described here: Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement |
