Hello, I am not able to zoom out the time bar (x axis) of the attache chartbook (02_M-4d-ESA) in order to see the entire outline of the 36 days right volume profile. The strange is this happen only for this chartbook configuration. If you see the chartbook 03_8D_1d_4D you can see it is possible to zoom in as I want. Please could you advise whick setting could be activate/deactivate, in order to fix this issue? Thank you so much Best regards Giulio Scamporrino |

We are not sure exactly what the issue is that you are having. When we open the chartbook, we can see the Volume by Price profiles just fine. Please get us a screenshot showing the issue you are having so we can understand better. You can take a screenshot by following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#PostingAnImage For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

the problem is that the graph I can not tighten it, no need for a screen but we should connect remotely to show you. Also I paid for the $46 data package but it won't load the oil and gold data for me, what should I do? |

You can control the size (length) of the Volume by Price study through the following Inputs on the study: - Maximum Volume Bar Width Type - Maximum Volume Bar Width Percentage Refer to the information starting at the following link: Volume By Price Study: Maximum Volume Bar Width Type ---- With regards to the data, you have not gone through all of the Setup Instructions for the CME Data. You will find the instructions at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* Also, be aware that the CME Group requires that you have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees. Refer to the following for more information: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges If you do not have a trading account to which Sierra Chart can be connected, then we recommend the following service: Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
