Permission Denied with my SierraChart account

Hi, When i am attempting to delete and redownload all data for my ESH2 contract month, i am getting a Permission Denied error. I am connected to Rithmic using Rithmic credentials provided to me by Earn2Trade.

This delete and redownload feature was working perfectly fine earlier today/yesterday. But now, it is giving a permission denied error.

I suspect it is because i have been downloading too much? I contacted Earn2Trade, but they said my Rithmic account looks find and to contact SierraChart.

I attached a screenshot of the Permission Denied Error.

Ok, I followed the instructions on that documentation you had linked.

I purchased and activate Denali. I am now receiving historical data and realtime Data through Denali.

How do i submit my orders to Earn2Trade's Rithmic credentials while continuing to use Denali for Data?

I attached a screenshot of how my settings look like. If i have my data settings set to this, "SC Data - All Services [data]", then i am unable to see and trade off of my given Rithmic account.

I am assuming it is possible to receive Denali Data and send orders to Earn2Trade's Rithmic account on Sierrachart, otherwise why tell people to get Denali if it doesn't help us use the evaluation account?

It says:
If you are using services like Top Step Trader, Earn 2 Trade, One Up Trader, LeeLoo, UProfit, and other trading evaluator accounts, you must use the Easy Solution method to authorize the real-time data from any or all of the CME Group of exchanges at the nonprofessional exchange fees, if you have no other live funded trading account you can connect Sierra Chart to. Otherwise, activating these nonprofessional exchanges still will not provide you with real-time or historical data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Top Step Trader, Earn 2 Trade, One Up Trader, LeeLoo, UProfit, and other type of trading evaluator accounts, do not meet the requirement as a live funded trading account.

Ok, i am going to go with the solution where i just connect my live account to SierraChart once a month, not the easy solution.

Once i have done that, how do i connect to the Denali Feed AND send orders to Earn2Trade's Rithmic account? I can't find any documentation on this at all. It seems as though, whatever service you select in the Data Settings, Rithmic/Denali/CQG, etc, that is the service you are receiving data from AND are sending orders to.
