Hi, When i am attempting to delete and redownload all data for my ESH2 contract month, i am getting a Permission Denied error. I am connected to Rithmic using Rithmic credentials provided to me by Earn2Trade.

This delete and redownload feature was working perfectly fine earlier today/yesterday. But now, it is giving a permission denied error.

I suspect it is because i have been downloading too much? I contacted Earn2Trade, but they said my Rithmic account looks find and to contact SierraChart.

I attached a screenshot of the Permission Denied Error.
