Hi there, I can't get live data. I have denali data feed and also i'm connected to a funded account but still I am only getting delayed data. Could you help with this? Thanks Adam |

Everything looks good in your setup. Therefore we need to see your Message Log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog We will then determine what the problem is. Can you provide us more information about this: connected to a funded account.
Who is the broker and what supported service is this through? And for stocks, to get those delayed or real time, use the -NQTV symbols. Example AAPL-NQTV. ---- The reason you are not getting real-time data from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the Non-Professional exchange fees, but you have not verified in the last month that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees. You have not paid for any data yet. What you paid for with your last transaction, was an extension of 1 month of your Usage Time. This is why your current Usage Time End Date is April 24, 2023. To view the transactions for your account select the View Transaction Log and Payment Receipts link on the main Control Panel for your account on our website. Or you can select the following link to get there directly: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=TransactionLog You still need to activate the exchanges for which you want real-time data. Be sure you have enough funds in your account to cover the cost of the exchanges. Also, be aware the the exchanges are not pro-rated, so you will pay the full amount for the month regardless of when within the month you activate the exchange. For instance, if you activate an exchange today (February 24, 2023) you will pay the full amount to get the data through the end of February and then you will pay again on March 1, 2023 for the month of March. As you can see from the above, the exchanges renew on a monthly basis on the first day of each month. Usage time is for the Sierra Chart software. The data is a separate cost and is billed differently.
