Hi all,

I bought service package 11 with Denali exchange yesterday (for a month).

What is THE easiest way to get real time data please? I am so lost.

I cannot seem to find the right answer - all answers are conditional to opening another trading account somewhere, is that true?

Please let me know.

Thanks,

In order to get real-time data for the CME Group at the non-professional exchange fees, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account that we can connect to. This is the rule from the CME Group. For more information, refer to the following:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges

If you do not have a trading account, then we recommend using our Easy Solution to a Funded Account service. Refer to the information here:
Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement

Once you have this worked out, then you need to complete the setup for the CME Group data by following all the instructions starting at the following:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Sign the Agreements (Denali Exchange Data Feed Setup Instructions)
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

Hi John,

I found a work around by trailing Rithmic live data for 2 weeks and connecting Sierra Chart via Rithmic data.

There's a lot of "I don't know"'s I'm currently experiencing, but I cannot trouble you with those. For now, everything works.

Thank you for your help and advice. I'll follow up on it in the near future - I'm looking for anoother broker to migrate my retail trading account into a bit more professional environment.

Thank you.
