Hi Support,

I logged in to my CTS account and is running fine, however when I open Sierra the live feed is not on currently.

Just wondering what T4 is running data and its not connecting on the Sierra side even though everything seems ok.

Reconnect to the data feed the Disconnect and Connect commands on the File menu. If there still is a problem post a copy of the Message Log, by following these steps:

Im not getting any service log either.

The chartbook opens with Fridays data and that's it.

Just sitting idle with data connection showing active.

Looks like some kind of configuration issue. You are also connecting to a CTS simulation server. Maybe that has something to do with it.

Hi Support,

I have a feeling the no connection has to do with the recent waiver CME announcement as of Friday.

I have completed the waiver but may require Topsteptrader to somehow activate the account I don't know.

But from your end you can`t see anything so I will have to wait for Topsteptrader response.

We see why this happens.

They have changed the year month format in a security definition response. There are no longer 2 trailing zeros. So Sierra Chart is not able to obtain a match.

We have to patch this. We do not expect to get a new release out until early morning. We apologize, but they should not have change something like this.

Hi Support,

I uploaded the new release 1120 however delete and downloaded the chart due to the missing bars from the beginning of the day.

But now no historical bars are loading and the charts only reflect the most recent bar in action.

Have I compromised all the charts or is there a way to reset all the charting info and get the missing data from earlier today? thanks.

From what we observe, this is a problem with the CTS historical data server rejecting the login. It thinks that there are no accounts on the username. We are observing this as well. We have reported this to CTS.

So we are waiting for a solution.
