am trying to use file/data trade service/ "transact ws (trading) but can not connect to real time data if can not get resolved can I at least get my money back? |

Yes we can do a refund but we strongly advise you to move to a different broker than Transact. You will save money as well! And a lot. Also regarding post #1, do the following for now so you have immediate access to updating charts: Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service" to "SC Data-All Services". Press "Ok" And then translate the symbols in your Chartbooks and Sierra Chart with this Edit menu command: Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service (Translate Symbols to Current Service) The charts will receive receive delayed streaming data.
