hi it showed delayed data for 6J and 6N futures pairs and I paid for the CME package. Can you check this and tell me exactly what is needed

You are not setup to receive any real-time data for the CME Group from us. If you want to get this data from us, then you will need to go through the Setup Instructions at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges Before you do so, however, be aware of the requirement of the CME Group that you have a live, funded, futures trading account that we can verify by having you connect to that account at least once a month, in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees.
