Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service" to "SC Data-All Services".

Press "Ok"

And then translate the symbols in your Chartbooks and Sierra Chart:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service

Do the following step-by-step:

1. Open Sierra Chart.
2. Select Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings.
3. In the entry for Current Selected Service select SC Data - All Services.
4. Select the selection/tab at the top that says Common Settings .
5. Set (or make sure that) the setting for Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is set to Yes.
6. Select OK to close this window.
7. Open your Chartbooks, if they are not already open, and if you have any existing Chartbooks.
8. Select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. You will start to receive the delayed data into these charts.
9. If you do not have any chartbooks started, then select File >> Find Symbol.
10. Find the symbol for an instrument you want to chart and select it and then select either Open Historical Chart or Open Intraday Chart depending on what kind of chart you want.

Refer to the following Getting Started information:
Getting Started, Opening Charts and Basic Trading: Connecting to a Data or Trading Service and Opening Charts
