Hello Sierra Chart Team, I have the 11 - Advanced Denali Data Feed Service activated. I followed the instruction here: Using Multiple Data and Trading Services at the Same Time My first SC instance have running the dtc with all SC Data Service. In the second SC instance I have duplicated a symbol and configured the historical data server and other things (see screenshot attachment) In the second instance I get the level market data (from the first instance), but my charts (historical data) are not loading. What did I wrong? Best regards, Vitali |

What is the Trading service you want to use in the other instance? There is an easier way to do this. It is documented here: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Integration with Trading Services Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Therefore, just follow the instructions here: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Integration with Trading Services (Integration with Trading Services) However, you do not have any exchanges active on the Denali Exchange Data Feed. So the data will be delayed. Did you need data from the CME or EUREX? Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. I followed the instructions: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Integration with Trading Services (Integration with Trading Services) I did also -> Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. Now, I have no [M] how it is described in the instruction. No Level 2 data and no history data is loaded. |

Right now you are getting the data from Rithmic, which is why you do not see the [M]. The current interface with Rithmic is not providing historical data in a way that we can utilize it, so that is why you are not getting any historical data. If you are setup to get Level 2 data from Rithmic, then you should have that coming through. Refer to the following for troubleshooting the market depth data: File Menu: Not Receiving the Full Number of Market Depth Levels Also make sure that you are setup to get the Market Depth data from Rithmic. ----------------- If you are wanting to get the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, then you will need to activate the exchanges for which you want the real-time data. You can do this from the following page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Keep in mind that if you want to get the data for the CME Group at the non-professional rates, then you will need to connect your system to a live, funded, futures trading account to verify your non-professional status. Refer to the following: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges When you connect to your trading account, your Sierra Chart account is set for one month forward to allow the data for the CME Group. You can view the status of this date at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Once you activate the exchanges for the Denali Exchange Data Feed and you have connected to a live trading account, then you will be getting the data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed and you will see the [M]. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
