Error messages regarding symbol and delayed data

Hello,

I opened charts I have been using for the past couple weeks without issue last night and began receiving orange and red warnings on my charts that the symbol was not supported and the pricing on the charts (MESZ21) December Mirco ES Futures says delayed and the price is not updating. Its happening across all chart books. I'm using AMP as my broker and the CQG data connection so I'm not sure if the problem is with Sierra or on the AMP side?

I read about the issues with CQG and will begin moving to another brokerage such as Advantage who supports the Denali data feed, in the meantime I'm hoping to just get my charts back up and running for the time being.

Regarding all of these posts, the issue is the same, reactivate the exchange you require from here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=RecurringServices

You may need to add credit to your account. There may have been an insufficient amount of credit on your account for an automatic renewal.

You can use the Denali data feed with any brokerage. This issue has nothing to do with CQG.

This looks like it fixed my issue, but I have been on the site checking my subscription status since yesterday and this was the first time I came across this page. Last night I added funds and renewed a feed it the site said I needed to renew (apparently the wrong one) so now i've just paid again so i'd like to get help figuring out what i'm doing wrong as its very confusing.

What we are going to do, and this should have been the case already but apparently not, is an email notification will go out if the exchange does not renew, and we will include a reactivation link and also a link for adding funds to your account.

This exchange renewal has GOT to be made more customer friendly. This is the second time I've gotten burned on this. I get this symbol error and then I immediately think something went wrong w/ the update that I did the previous night, so I'm furiously uninstalling it. Then I read this thread and I'm making a payment without really understanding why (because I just renewed Denali for 6mos) and hitting emergency renew and THEN getting an error message that I can't emergency renew because my Denali isn't expired. RIDICULOUS! Finally, I find the right exchange activation button to click...

PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE! Make this more customer friendly.

At least give us a warning that our exchange renewal is coming due or make the problem clear on our charts what the solution is and not some random symbol error warning...

so you telling me that I need to buy the data feed as well? from the product description it's very clear that i paid for the data already as my subscription is till next year...

That includes the data feed fee, not the exchange fees. The exchange fees are a separate cost and are due on the first day of each month.

We determined that this was the case. So you should have gotten an email already. We will also be providing a notice within Sierra Chart upon start up.

This exchange renewal has GOT to be made more customer friendly.
You just need to make sure you have sufficient funds on your Sierra Chart account before the start of the new month to pay for the exchange fees :

You need to understand, exchange fees are an additional cost:
