We determined that this was the case. So you should have gotten an email already. We will also be providing a notice within Sierra Chart upon start up.

This exchange renewal has GOT to be made more customer friendly.
You just need to make sure you have sufficient funds on your Sierra Chart account before the start of the new month to pay for the exchange fees :

Then I read this thread and I'm making a payment without really understanding why (because I just renewed Denali for 6mos) and hitting emergency renew and THEN getting an error message that I can't emergency renew because my Denali isn't expired. RIDICULOUS!
You need to understand, exchange fees are an additional cost:

There already is, and this goes out by email and we will confirm this is working correctly:
At least give us a warning that our exchange renewal is coming due or make the problem clear on our charts what the solution is and not some random symbol error warning...

There is a notice that you need to add more credit to your account. We will confirm this is the case.
