This looks like it fixed my issue, but I have been on the site checking my subscription status since yesterday and this was the first time I came across this page. Last night I added funds and renewed a feed it the site said I needed to renew (apparently the wrong one) so now i've just paid again so i'd like to get help figuring out what i'm doing wrong as its very confusing. Thanks |
