I added sierra charts to a new pc but now the quotes are delayed. Why is that?

From what we see on our servers, it looks like you do not have your new PC setup with your trading service. It looks like your trading service is TransAct/Infinity, in which case make sure you go through the setup instruction found at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/TransAct.php#SetupInstructions Just be aware that you will probably not be able to get data to both systems at the same time. But check with TransAct to find out for sure since you are getting your data from them. The user name is old. I am still affiliated with transact but they do not work with sierra anymore they now us Ninja. I pay directly to sierra charts now. Not using the other pc now it is down. it has worked correct for months on the other pc even without the affiliating with transact.

Your Sierra Chart account name still starts with "TransAct_User_". Even though we are not working directly together like we were, the account names stayed the same. Ensure you have the correct Account Name and password.
