From what we see on our servers, it looks like you do not have your new PC setup with your trading service. It looks like your trading service is TransAct/Infinity, in which case make sure you go through the setup instruction found at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/TransAct.php#SetupInstructions Just be aware that you will probably not be able to get data to both systems at the same time. But check with TransAct to find out for sure since you are getting your data from them.
