No possible to get the Data Feed

Dear Sierra Chart Team! Unfortunately its not possible for me to get any Data Feed in Sierra Chart! I have AMP as my brocker, an yesterday i got my login data for CQG. I already connected Sierra Chart with CQG WebAPI, but I get no Data. Only "Symbol is unknown" and "Download failed" at every Chart. Maybe you can help my to fix my problem. Kind regards from Austria

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog We will then determine what the problem is. Hi! Thanks for your reply. I got the following message: "Notice: You have no exchanges enabled for renewal on the Denali Exchange Data Feed service. To activate exchanges, use this link here:" I don't activate any Data Feed, because I paid for the "Active Service: 11 - Advanced + Denali Data Feed" Why its necessary to pay another USD 31,20 to get Data Feed?

Package 11 includes the Denali Exchange Data Feed Fee. This is a $10.00 per month fee for the data feed itself. It does NOT include the cost of the exchanges.
