hello sierra
I have a problem since Monday the intraday data no longer load I use a Leeloo trading account with rithmic and apparently the other users have no problem I have surely made a mistake on my platform could you help me correct the problem thank you

I managed to retrieve the stream today at 6.30 p.m. but I miss the data since Monday how can I do to retrieve it

none I understood that with cme you have to have a real account to have the data but the problem is not that I think I managed to reconnect myself but I only have the data during the time that I am connected I have contacted others user leeloo and sierra for them everything works I think I made a bad manipulation but I can not solve the problem could take remote control and look at the problem

You need to go through all of the Setup Instructions for the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group. You did not fill out the agreements and you have not connected to your trading account.

What you need to do is you follow the solution documented on this page and open an account for 100 USD to satisfy the CME funded trading account requirement:
