I trade from the sierra dom and it's linked to my account at IB. I want MBO data. I have level 2 data from cme through IB but they don't have MBO. If i get Denali do I cancel my cme data from Ib, then get it through you guys? I noticed the symbols are all different, will this cause a problem?

In order to get the MBO data, you have to get it through the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Refer to the Setup Instructions for the CME Group at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* Note that you will need to be on Package 12 to get the MBO data and have selected an exchange option that includes the Market Depth Data. For more information and further instructions for the MBO data, refer to the following link: Market By Order Data If you are not doing any trading from the IB software, then you can cancel the data from them. But, if you do trade through their software, then you will need to continue to get their data to feed their software. The Denali Exchange Data Feed only works with Sierra Chart. The symbols will not change. You set your symbols based on the trading service you are using. Since you are staying with IB, your symbols stay the same. I do trade options from the software. Sorry a little confused. So I can't get the full book and MBO if I pay my exchange fees through IB. I just added package 12, nothing different and I made the setting change under global settings, Sierra chart server settings thanks |

If you are using IB for the data source, then you will get however many levels of data they provide, but you will NOT get the MBO data, even if you are on Package 12 and even if they did have it available. We only support the MBO data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed.
