In order to get the MBO data, you have to get it through the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Refer to the Setup Instructions for the CME Group at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges Note that you will need to be on Package 12 to get the MBO data and have selected an exchange option that includes the Market Depth Data. For more information and further instructions for the MBO data, refer to the following link: Market By Order Data If you are not doing any trading from the IB software, then you can cancel the data from them. But, if you do trade through their software, then you will need to continue to get their data to feed their software. The Denali Exchange Data Feed only works with Sierra Chart. The symbols will not change. You set your symbols based on the trading service you are using. Since you are staying with IB, your symbols stay the same.
