Hi, I have connected to my life AMP account as advice once a month by I still receive delayed data from you. How can we fix this? I have Denali enabled and yet my data are delayed.

Please help.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

I have the same problem with delayed data. I have recently refunded an established AMP account (3 weeks ago) but have not traded. I set up the auto connection verification for AMP per instructions. I only get delayed data. I have included my Message Log.

What exactly do you mean by "I set up the auto connection verification for AMP per instructions"? We do not know what the auto connection verification is.

You need to know what order routing service you are setup to use with AMP - either CQG or Rithmic. Once you know which of these you are setup with, then you will need to follow the appropriate instructions to connect to that service.
