That particular message is stating that Sierra Chart can not connect to the TWS software that should be running on the same computer while Sierra Chart is also running. This is how we communicate with Interactive Brokers - through that software. Ensure that both software are running at the same time - Sierra Chart and TWS.

Wie ich oben schon schrieb ist bei dem Live-Trading alles OK, also der Chart wird dargestellt. Natürlich ist auch die API-Verbindung OK, genau so wie sie es hier beschreiben haben, sonst könnte ich den GBL nicht handeln. Habe es heute 2x gemacht!

Das Problem tritt nur auf mit den Daten des Paper-Tradings. Auf der TWS sind sie aktuell zu sehen, also werden sie von IB geliefert! Diese Daten werden von Sierra nicht in das Live-Trading-Chart ("Open Chartbook") geladen. Auch nicht mit dem Button "Connect". Dieses Problem ist neu (vermutlich seit dem Denali Exchange Data Feed), denn es hat früher ja schon funktioniert.

The problem only occurs with the data from paper trading. They can currently be seen at TWS, so they are supplied by IB! Sierra does not load this data into the live trading chart ("Open Chartbook"). Not even with the "Connect" button. This problem is new (presumably since the Denali Exchange Data Feed) because it worked before.

Sorry, we did not understand that this was just an issue with the Paper Trading option within Interactive Brokers. But, we are unable to help with that. It is not something that we specifically support, so if it is not working at this time, then it is not something that we will put any time into figuring out.

Genau das Gegenteil ist der Fall. Es ist absolut kein Problem bei IB, da die Kursdaten auf der TWS zu sehen sind. Die Kursdaten werden nur nicht in das Sierra-Chart-System übernommen und im Balkendiagramm dargestellt.
