Hey, I'm trying to enable CME on Denali and it says the data feed is not enabled on your account after I completed the required forms as a non professional. Do I have to wait for forms to clear? I have a service package enabling data. Thank you very much!

First, you need to go through each of the sections of the Setup Instructions for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You will find the instructions here:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*

Second, with regards to your agreements, we rejected them, as you did not enter your Clearing Firm/Broker where requested in the Uniform Subscriber Agreement. In order to qualify as a Non-Professional for the CME Group, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account with a clearing firm that we work with (CQG, Rithmic, TT, Interactive Brokers, or TransAct). If you do not have a live account, but you want to get the data at the non-professional rates, then we recommend the following:

My service package has live data so all I'm trying to do is monitor ESU21-CME data. Do I still need a funded futures account or simulated trading for this?

Your package does not include real-time data for the ES and we see that you are not connected to a trading service, therefore you must be getting the delayed data feed.

We recommend using our Delayed Streaming data, as it acts the same as real-time data, but is just 10 minutes behind the market. It is the best way to learn Sierra Chart until you are ready to make live trades, at which time you will need the real-time data.

Thank you for letting me know. I generally look at /ES to trade the SPX. Is there a way to get live ES data without having to upgrade much, connect a trading service, etc?

There is, but it is expensive - you can use the Denali Exchange Data Feed and activate the Professional exchange option for "CME E-mini, For professionals and users without a trading account", which costs $62.40 USD per month.

Getting the lower-cost non-professional rates requires having a funded, live, futures trading account in order to qualify for the CME Group rules. Therefore, in order to change that $62.40 to $10.40, you have to have a trading account that you can connect Sierra Chart to once a month. Refer to the information here:

We also recommend the following service in order to get a trading account setup that will qualify for a minimal outlay of funds:
