Data load does not work

Hi, I followed the instructions for the Rithmic setup. When trying to load multiple dates I only see a few current bars. See attached. How can I fix that thank you!!!

There is a lack of historical data available from Rithmic. The only solution is to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Refer to the information here:

Hi I can only use Rithmic with this funded money firm, I also used the same connection with 2 other platforms and no issue all history plus market depth is Ok. Why is this not possible with Sierra Charts?

Apologies if i need to create a separate ticket but i am having a similar issuer.

1. The volume data for my volume bars, is showing very little information
2. My 2 min chart is only showing todays information
3. It may be the settings in common

@Sunit Patel - For the future, yes, you should create a new ticket, as quite often the issues are not related even though they seem to be.

In your case, we see the following in your log:

You have some symbols that have the wrong nomenclature.

Select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service to update the symbols for the Rithmic setup.

Sorry but I don't understand why the issue I reported can not be fixed. When I am loading ESZ1 Dezember 2021 I receive the full view intraday chart. Why is my Rithmic connection on Sierra Charts loading the Dezember contract fully and September only a few days? Trying the same in 2 other trading platforms there is no issue.
There must be a receiving issue, not a data input issue. What setting can I change to fix this?

I have been playing around, Try using Rythmic Trading instead of the DTC one, when your selecting the service.

That seemed to load all the historic information for me. Markets closed so i wont know if this is ok till tomorrow, but looking through the log it connected to UProfit

John - any thoughts this okay?

We cannot help with Rithmic historical data. For complete, long-term (10+ years), high speed, and reliable historical data you need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed:

*And* you need to enable the appropriate exchanges with the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the exchanges you need data for. In this case, both the historical and real-time data will come from the Denali Exchange Data Feed.

Once again we cannot provide any help with Rithmic historical data and do not ask us further questions about that.

If you are using one of these funding evaluator trading accounts through Rithmic, those are not entitled to be able to use the nonprofessional CME fees. Refer to:
