Sierra Chart intergration with CannonTrading/TransAct live accnt

Hello ,
I've just purchased your Service Package 5 - Advanced for 6 months , 172.8 USD (28.8 USD/Month)
and it loaded and functioned OK (delayed data) on its own .
I also have a Transact Live account (real time with CME paid fees) .

Then I (together with my broker's help ,Cannon Trading) Integrated TransAct and Sierra ,
and sadly enough even after unchecking simulation mode , SC did not show RealTime data and on the DOM it showed
only Top Of Book data and not Depth Of Market data , while the Transact DOM showed RealTime and Depth Of Market data .

Also I noticed that alongside my already installed S.c. that was already up (extension of my trial account hence "Old S.C"),
when launching the Transact it brought up another instance (apparently a new different S.C. instalation which ocurred during integration efforts(hence "New S.C") which did not connect/function , please see attached photos),so that there were two instances simultaneously that none of them were fully functional .

Also , as all of my setups (a lot of charts/chartbooks/studies/time definitions . . . were done in my Old S.C) I would stongly like to preserve them
so that the Transact will be routed to it and not to the New S.C .


Please your kind guidance/help (might be somthing missing in the integration process !?)

Let's just concentrate on the "Old S.C." in order to not confuse things. We do not know why you would have two installations of Sierra Chart, but that is something you will need to work out with TransAct if you want Sierra Chart to startup with the rest of the TransAct software. We recommend just starting the "Old S.C." on its own if that is what you need to do.

In the "Old S.C." it looks like you have setup the connection to TransAct, but in the image Screenshot (54).png it shows that the setting for Enable Market Depth Data and Daily Session Values is set to No. In order to get the Market Depth data, you need to set this Yes.

Everything looks generally good otherwise. We would need to see your Message Log if you are not getting any data at all. Follow these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
