Let's just concentrate on the "Old S.C." in order to not confuse things. We do not know why you would have two installations of Sierra Chart, but that is something you will need to work out with TransAct if you want Sierra Chart to startup with the rest of the TransAct software. We recommend just starting the "Old S.C." on its own if that is what you need to do.

In the "Old S.C." it looks like you have setup the connection to TransAct, but in the image Screenshot (54).png it shows that the setting for Enable Market Depth Data and Daily Session Values is set to No. In order to get the Market Depth data, you need to set this Yes.

Everything looks generally good otherwise. We would need to see your Message Log if you are not getting any data at all. Follow these instructions:

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
