Hello,
I noticed that I still seem to only have delayed data even though I have paid for the exchanges. Do I need to do something else to start receiving real-time data?

Yes. Refer to the information below.

The reason you are not getting real-time data from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the Non-Professional exchange fees, but you have not verified in the last month that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.

Refer to the following for instructions on how to connect once a month to your *live funded* trading account to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees:

If you do not have a funded trading account or one with a supported trading service, then refer to this solution:

I now successfully have Sierra streaming real-time data using Rithmic. However, I seem to only be receiving current data only but no historical data - so my charts are only painting information from the time that I open them. I was of course receiving historical data in these same charts before I connected to Rithmic - so the data download periods in each chart are set correctly. (I performed the Edit >>> Translate Symbols function so all the symbols have been adjusted for Rithmic).

Are there any further instructions that I should be aware of in order to continue to receive the historical data in my charts?

Since Sierra has now successfully connected this month to Rithmic - if I switch back to Sierra data will it now be real-time?

Also, I am thinking of setting up an AMP account so that I don't have to 'fiddle' with connecting to Rithmic once every month - do I need any special instructions to make sure Sierra 'connects' to this AMP account so that I can receive real-time data along with the historical data?

I did run a test of switching back to SC Data Services after connecting to Rithmic - When I do this I am still not getting real-time data from Sierra. I'm still only getting delayed data

Go to one of the charts and follow the below procedure:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
