i'm sure you all are aware of it, happened yesterday and just now at 930 EST, data cuts out for about 4 minutes.

If you have your Message Log from that time, then please attach it to this thread. Otherwise, when it happens again, get us your Message Log.

You may want to turn on the option to save the Message Log to a file, so you can get back to a previous log file. Refer to the following:
General Settings Window: Save Message Log to File (Global Settings >> General Settings >> Log >> Log)

No we are not aware of this and if you are noticing an interruption like this, this would have to be an issue, related to the network connectivity that you have. The data feeds are always up and running but there can be Internet connectivity issues.

I had a similar issue around the same time, I think it was an internet problem because I switched on my vpn and things worked fine after that.

I was chatting live with various people located around the US and a few of them had same issue at the same time. Same thing even happened the day before to them and me.

Regarding post #6, this is absolutely going to be due to Internet connectivity. If it is an issue, with the ISP being used by one of our servers, we would have to look at that. That is always possible. we will have to add logging, to our heartbeat messages to identify the server so we can track this down more easily.

For now, you can just simply perform a reconnect to go to a different server and different ISP:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers
