Hello, I bought the service 5 package, I also bought the NASDAQ,NYSE,AMEX 10.50 package along with the real time data connection for $25. I still dont have real time quotes for equities? Why is this?

Here is the problem from the log:
SC Data - All Services | Logon error received from server: Connection limit exceeded. | MaxConnectionsDifferentDevices = 1, NumCurrentConnectionsDifferentDevices = 2

You must be logged in on another computer (or another installation on the same computer) somewhere and accessing the data feed from that installation.

You can only have 1 connection at a time to the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed.

thank you!! It worked, also is there a way to change the color of your chart scale separate from the chart background?

No, there is not. The Price Ladder and the Date/Time Scale backgrounds are controlled by the general Background Color.

I apologize, I have one more question. for stocks like TSLA and BA it says the stocks are delayed. Are these included in a different software package?

You should be getting those in Real-Time, as they are part of the U.S. Equities feed that you are signed up for.

Follow these instructions to get us your Message Log again:

Thank you, I think it just showed that after hours after 8 P.M. Thank you again, is there a way I can drag around the charts up, down without having to go to my scale? Can I just click anywhere on the chart and drag my mouse to move the chart?

Use the Hand tool to do this. Refer to the following:
Chart Drawing Tools: Hand

Note the information about the setting you need to change to have Vertical Scaling as well with the Hand tool in that documentation.
