Not Receiving Realtime Data for U.S. Equities (NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX)

Sierra, I recently just connected the following services: - Sierra Chart Usage Time at Service Package 5 - Advanced - Exchange Data Feed: 250 Real-Time Symbols (1st Connection) - Activated Exchange: U.S. Equities (NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX) However, when I try to open up a chart for a ticker like $BA or $SQ I am met with the following message "Symbol is unknown. Click for symbol information. Exchange not authorized." with no realtime data present and only historical data showing. Is there any way you could assist me with this issue? Thank you, Andy Nguyen |

Sierra, My apologies, I only put the $ in front when asking for clarification; however, I did use BA and the chart only loads historical data. Furthermore, there isn't an [M] symbol next to the ticker symbol like how the instructions tell me it should. Any ideas how I should approach this? Thanks, Andy Nguyen |

Everything in the log looks good and it shows that you are getting the intraday chart updates. What is the Time Zone of your chart and what are your Session Times set to?
