Hello I need help...Im trying to log into my sierra charts and I keep getting a message saying Symbol is unknown click for symbol and that the download failed error downloading historical intraday data for F.USM2KM21 can you also tell me when is it time for me to pay again for service.

That is a CQG symbol. For the proper and best market data for Sierra Chart when using CQG, we recommend using the Denali Exchange Data Feed:

Reconnect to the data feed:
