Denali data lagging every few seconds

Hi, I started noticing an issue yesterday with my DOM. It's not updating nearly as fast as it should be, and is updating once every few seconds. As I'm watching the seconds on the clock now, I see: 00,02,04,11,19,22,33,42,51,52... So it skipped the vast majority of the minute. I have ATT Fiber, using wireless at the moment but didn't have an issue for the past month. Speedtest shows 500+Mbs both up and down. I'm using the same chartbooks as always. I tested the data using the quoteboard, mentioned in the support page. With all chartbooks closed, the last price and time were still lagging. I doublechecked my global chart update interval. I have Global on 50ms and my DOM on 15ms. I have the most updated software. I installed the newest one yesterday. When I look at the very top toolbar of sierra, I see "Sierra chart 2268...'chartbook name' SC/TT Futures Order Routing 2021-06-02 HH:MM:SS" <--- This clock does not lag. But the clocks on my charts are constantly dropping seconds. Any idea what is going wrong? I can't really use my DOM at the moment, it's too slow. On Thursday I started having data streaming issues. Sometimes it flows through at the normal rate of 150ms, after a while it slows down to an update per second, then 3 or 4 seconds and then about 10 seconds. I am running SC 2280, with order routing through SC/TT and using Denali Data Feed, have restarted SC, router, computer. All systems other than data feed seem to be operating normal. Usually after a while the stream seems to resume to normal and seemed good for the first hour of trading this morning. Currently it is updating every 10 seconds with a long pause of Not Responding in between. I have seen in Discord channels of others having similar issues. I don't know where else to turn to try and resolve this issue. I hope you can help! |

So is Sierra Chart in a not responding and frozen state and you cannot interact with it during that time? If so, this is not a data feed issue. Well it is both. Sometimes it is lagging data feed, i.e. the DOM is not refreshing as quickly as normal and the clock moves in increments greater than 1 second per update and sometimes it is a lag in the data feed and an inability to interact with SC.
