Hi, in my account I have data feed from SC inc MBO. But my charts are delayed by 10 min? Do you know the reason? BR Chris

Since you are on a Trial, you do have access to the full features of Sierra Chart, but we do not yet have the MBO data as part of the Delayed Streaming Data Feed. Therefore, in order to get the MBO data, you would need to setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed and activate the exchange(s) that you need that include the Market Depth data. The remainder of the month in which you first activate your first exchange is free. So if you activate an exchange today, you will not be charged for the remainder of May. Just be aware of the requirement of the CME Group to have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees.
