We currently are experiencing an interruption with the Denali EUREX data feed. It appears to be a problem with the Internet connectivity to the server.

We definitely have lost the Internet connectivity to the server. This is not a problem with any of our hardware or our own systems. We have contacted our infrastructure provider about this.

This was definitely a problem with the particular ISP we are using serving the Frankfurt 2 data center in Germany. This was a local issue, with that particular ISP.

There was no problem on our side, and there was no problem with our infrastructure provider.

Yes we can see that.

This is the only information we have so far:
maybe it was some sort of internet outage in. FR2, will keep you posted what we hear back from our provider...the internet is great till it’s not...

There is a few minutes of missing data due to a server restart we did due to an operating system level issue also we had at the time. Microsoft software really is in a state of deterioration.

The ISP responsible for the failure has yet to respond to about the issue. They still have not yet responded. Unbelievable.

We do have a secondary server, with its own redundant Internet but that secondary server is connected to the server in Frankfurt through the Internet. We are now looking to get a direct crossconnect to it in the Frankfurt 2 data center, through a different provider.

We now know the ISP that is being used and where the fault was:
The provider in FR2 is GTT https://www.gtt.net/us-en


We are working on getting set up with redundant Internet connectivity with the Denali EUREX data feed.

Previously, internet connectivity was left to our infrastructure provider. But they just offered this one single connection in Frankfurt which had a problem.

CME data always has been fully redundant because we use two different data centers each with different ISPs.

And we have been told time and time again, about the reality, of working with the data center and also other providers like ISPs in Germany. They are slow and just move at their own pace.
