We now know the ISP that is being used and where the fault was: We are working on getting set up with redundant Internet connectivity with the Denali EUREX data feed. Previously, internet connectivity was left to our infrastructure provider. But they just offered this one single connection in Frankfurt which had a problem. CME data always has been fully redundant because we use two different data centers each with different ISPs. And we have been told time and time again, about the reality, of working with the data center and also other providers like ISPs in Germany. They are slow and just move at their own pace.
