I can go back 10+ years on my daily chart, but on my 30 minute intraday chart I only get the month of May. When I do a delete all data and download on the intraday chart sometimes I get 3 weeks and sometimes I get 3 days. I need at least 28o days of historic data on my intraday chart.

The reason for what you are seeing is due to the lack of historic data from CQG.

We see that you have started the process of setting up the Denali Exchange Data Feed, as you are on Package 11, but you have not finished it. Therefore, your data is coming from CQG.

If you are intending to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed, then you need to go through all of the Setup Instructions starting here:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*

Can you please let me know specifically what I need to do because I am only getting 45 days of intra-data when I should be getting 380 days of data.

The first thing is to follow through ALL of the instructions for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You have not completed all of the steps. Follow the remaining steps starting at this section:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Activate the Exchanges (Denali Exchange Data Feed Setup Instructions)

From user:

I continue to follow the directions and this is still not working. I was given another link and followed those as well and my historic data is still not there. My broker informed that Sierra Charts has not communicated to them so that the necessary steps can be taken.

You have not followed all of the instructions for setting up the Denali Exchange Data feed. There are two more sections that you need to complete starting here:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Activate the Exchanges (Denali Exchange Data Feed Setup Instructions)

You do not need to worry about connecting once a month as long as you are staying connected to your CQG account at all times.

I think there maybe a misunderstanding because I am getting my real time data from CQG and only getting 45 days of delayed data from Denali

The option to just enable the Denali Feed to get the historical data from us is not available. That was discussed at one point, but never allowed.

Therefore, you are either getting your data from CQG, or from us (Sierra Chart). Since you have not finished the setup for the Denali Exchange Data Feed, you are just getting your data from CQG.

I have looked through the instructions and I don't see the information you are talking about.

Let me ask this a different way. Which data do you want - CQG or Denali? You can only have one, not both.

I have just signed up with ONTO Trade and everyone in this program/group have both. The person who joined 4 weeks before me has both. I am really at a lost because ONTO handles the financial end of it. I don't know where the break down is. If I'm missing a document or what. I am trying to get this resolved but it just seems like I'm going in circles.

We have activated the CME group nonprofessional exchange fee without market depth for your account. This is 3.25 USD per month. It is free for this month. At this point all market data will come from Sierra Chart only. You cannot rely upon the CQG data because that data is not of sufficient " quality" that Sierra Chart requires.

Contact your broker and have them cancel all CQG market data for your CQG account.

Make sure this option is enabled:
Data/Trade Service Settings: Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Other Settings)

Restart Sierra Chart to make sure you have the most recent exchange authorization data.

After you open your charts, follow the below procedure.

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.
