Hi there. Yesterday I wanted to activate the denali exchange feed in order to get the denali CME exhange data. However I was somewhat confused, because I could not find where I could just activate it for the 10 usd/m as per your info. So I took a package deal for a month. I did this while I still had some usage time on my half year sub. I just wanted to test my live trading connection, but it failed to function. Maybe I did something wrong with the package deal. Please advise. Greetz, Maurice.

Everything about your setup looks correct. Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Can it be that AMP has to activate the feed with my AMP account? I assume that I have to connect via SC/TT order routing.... ?

No, it is not anything related to activating an account with AMP, at least not at this time. You are currently validated as having a trading account through May 20, 2021. So you will need to connect to your account before that date, but for now it is something else. Please follow the instructions above to get us your Message Log. ------------------------ You can not connect to AMP using the SC/TT Order Routing any longer. AMP stopped support for that about 2 months ago. They should have set you up with CQG at this time. I had CQG. But I cancelled it to start using your Denali feed. Do I need a CQG connection to get the Denali feed? Than I would have to reactivate again. And how long will it take for you to set up your new direct feed with the CME?

You would still need CQG for Order Routing in order to verify you have a live, funded, futures trading account to qualify for the non-professional CME Group exchange fees. If you are with AMP, then most likely you still have CQG for order routing, and you just stopped the data from CQG. But you would need to verify this with AMP. ------------------------------- Nonetheless, there is still something else going on with your data.
