I had CQG. But I cancelled it to start using your Denali feed. Do I need a CQG connection to get the Denali feed? You would still need CQG for Order Routing in order to verify you have a live, funded, futures trading account to qualify for the non-professional CME Group exchange fees. If you are with AMP, then most likely you still have CQG for order routing, and you just stopped the data from CQG. But you would need to verify this with AMP. ------------------------------- Nonetheless, there is still something else going on with your data. Please get us your Message Log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
