In the Trade Activity Log, change your From Date back a few days and then select the "Today" button to get everything for the past few days.

Then select "Fills" in the Activity filter in the upper left.

Select the Apply button and then take an image of the Trade Activity Log (if there is anything showing).

Then change the Symbol filter to [SIM] - All Symbols and select Apply and take another image.

In the Orders Window select "Cancel All".

Then open a Trade Positions window and let us know if there is anything listed in there.

I am wondering if you even still have an open order, as it might have been closed last night as the default Time in Force is Day.

Are you still seeing the order on your chart?

We do not have support for MBO data in a Sub-Instance, if that is your situation.

If this is in the main instance, then make sure you have gone through this setup:

ahhh yes that is the problem - no bother!

also - is this a total of the limit orders? is it possible to change the colour of this?

do you see the black writing in the red column above the white?

That is controlled in the Graphics Settings by the options for Chart[Trade] DOM Total/Percentage Text. Refer to the information here for the Chart DOM version:

Thanks- but how can i change the text to yellow? :)

Highlight the item you want to change, in this case it would be Chart DOM Total/Percentage Text. Then select the color box at the bottom of that window and select the color you want. Then select OK and OK again to close the window and update the color.

If it is not working, then perhaps you are actually on a Trading DOM and not the Chart DOM, in which case you need to find the entry for Trade DOM Total/Percentage Text and change that color.

Or, the issue may be that you are trying to change Chart specific settings but you still have the option for Use Global Graphics Settings Instead of these Settings enabled, or vice versa (you are trying to change Global Graphics settings but your Chart is setup to use the Chart Graphics Settings.

In general, refer to the information on this page:
Graphics Settings

Sorry John, having difficulty locating that - there are no colour settings iwhtin the cahrt DOM settings window - this is a Trade DOM with global graphicsd settings applied.

Cannot see any menu for Trade DOM settings specifically

Go to Global Settings >> Graphics Settings.

Scroll down the page to the entry for Trade DOM Total/Percentage Text. Keep in mind, they are not in alphabetical order, but they are grouped by the particular item that they reference (for instance all the items for the Trade DOM start with "Trade DOM" and are all in one section. The Trade DOM Total/Percentage Text is there, I just verified.

Select that item then select the little colored rectangle (which should be black in your chase) at the bottom of the page, to change the color.

The charts are set to different contract months.

These are also continuous futures charts. So therefore refer to:

You are looking at the U (September) contract. It is not yet time for that contract to roll over to the September contract. Go back to the M (June) and you should be fine.

Please copy and paste the entire line (or entire log) from the Message Log. I can not see what the message is stating since it is scrolling off to the right of the visible window.

Check with your broker and see if they can tell you what "Order Parameters are invalid". That message is coming from CQG, so hopefully they can tell you.

Quite often it is the Time in Force, so be sure to take a look at that in particular. Refer to the following:
Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main >> TimeInForce (Time in Force):
