Go to Global Settings >> Graphics Settings. Scroll down the page to the entry for Trade DOM Total/Percentage Text. Keep in mind, they are not in alphabetical order, but they are grouped by the particular item that they reference (for instance all the items for the Trade DOM start with "Trade DOM" and are all in one section. The Trade DOM Total/Percentage Text is there, I just verified. Select that item then select the little colored rectangle (which should be black in your chase) at the bottom of the page, to change the color.
