Hi

I have a 60 Min chart under a Chartbook together with 2 other charts. So I arranged them vertical next to each other. Strange is whenever I maximise that 60 Min chart to see better ,all the graphic such as candles ‘ EMA lines etc all get squashed together , all I can see is a bunch of thick lines. Once I minimise and back to the smaller form , the graphics becomes normal again. The other 2 charts do not have this problems, I can max or minimise them, they will show the same.
Could it be I have set something wrong with that 60 Min chart?
Thanks

2 charts on the same window. Daily and 60 mins
1st screenshot is the Daily chart, looks same no matter big or small.
I overlay the ATr 10 from the daily to the 60 mins
The 60 min chart, (2nd normal) , if enlarged, will appear as
bunch of lines.(3rd screen shot)

Thans for your time and help

After you enlarge the chart with the problem try resetting the scales to see if that resolves the issue. Refer to the following:
Chart Scale and Scale Adjusting: Resetting the Scale

If it does not resolve the issue, then typical issue is that you have a study that is wanting to show data down at a lower value that is causing the scales to show a larger range than what you want. What is odd is that if this is the case, then it should not matter if the chart is enlarged or not. But go through the studies and remove them one-by-one to see which one is causing the issue. Then you can move forward from there.

Thx so much for your quic reply. Always appreciate.
Few days ago, I installed Sierra Chart on another computer
bec the one I used to use was running out of storage.
But I noticed, the Sierra chart on my new computer is running on Sim only...!
I have not log onto the Sierra on my old computer, so I m not running them both.
Pls advise what could be the issue. I understand this may not be allowed for real time data
,to be running both at the same time.

If I really want to run both computers Sierrs charts at the same time with
real live data
what do I need to do and pay?

thx
Amy

You need to set your new computer to connect to your trading service. What order routing service are you using? We can then point you to the proper instructions.

In order to get the Denali Data Feed to both computers at the same time, you would need to setup your account to allow for two computers, which doubles your exchange fees. Refer to the information here:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed on Two Computers Simultaneously

We have that data available through our Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. This is a separate data feed from the Denali feed, but they can work together to get you all the data. Refer to the Setup Instructions for the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed at the following link:

Hi Thnks for your quick repy.

I have download and installed Sierra chart on a new computer etc. So I now have 2 computers each with a Sierra chart.
As I do not want to pay for double exchange fee. since I use one Sierra chart for back testing, and only the other
needs real live data for tradin

Pls advise how can I set one to show delay data, and the other one with real live data. Both log on at the same time.
The problem I now have is when I log one one computer , it shows real live data,
Then when I log onto the second one, the prices do not move at all. It is frozen.
I would like to be able to log on both at the same time, one I use for backtest /simulation, this I dont mind Delay data
and the other one for real live trading.

Pls advise how I can do this?

thanks
Best Regards
Amy

On the computer for which you want the delayed streaming data, set the option for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds to No.

But, keep in mind that if you do get the HKFE data from us, then that data works differently and is not streaming.

Thanks! So this will
Work for the CME and Eurex (because Denali allows ) , but not for the HKFE?
So only one computer is allowed to have HKFE real live data ?
And one cannot set the other one for delay streaming?

You are correct. The HKFE can only be on one computer and we do not have the Delayed Streaming data for it like we do for the CME Group and EUREX.

Thanks!just to re confirm , so if I change the No of computers to 2, the system
payment will automatically charge me for Exchange fee of CME and Eurex twice. US$3.5+US25 x2(noted not on HKFE exchange fee) for that I get 2 computers with real live data .
Whereas now if I keep no of computer on : 1
And I can have Sierra charts on other computers
,I Set that on delayed streaming ,the charge is for 1x exchange fee only?
Correct
So in the future, if then I wish to have 2 computers with real life data, I set no of computers to 2 and pay for Exchange fee x 2, and then I can have one more computer set to delay steaming for back testing, that means possible total 3 computers running with Sierra chart at the same time?
