Dear Sir or Madam,

Yesterday I have recieved a payment reminder email with a link included: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=AddAccountCredit that I should pay for Sierra. I have clicked at the link and pay $26 which stayed there to pay via Strip. It was 24 hours ago and my Sierra Charts (Version 5) still does not show order flow. In other words does not work.

Could you activate my platform please?

Kind regards,

Arek

You are on Package 3, not Package 5. You need to change to Package 5 in order to have access to the Numbers Bars study.

To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

Or go to this page:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation

You will need to login if you are not currently logged in.

In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button.

The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price.

There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.

You really also need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the proper data for Numbers Bars. You cannot rely on the CQG historical data.

Here is the full documentation and instructions:

If I buy Denali to have a real date for number bars, will I need to change anything in my sierra chart package? Or it will update my data feed to CME, COMEX and EUREX automaticly?

At the moment I have access to EUREX, CME and COMEX trough AMP / CQG. My understanding is that once I start paying for Denali on EUREX, CME and COMEX, I can stop paying to AMP / CQG connection and my charts will no be afected. More over I will have data feed in real time.

Am I correct?

Kind regards,

Arek

Can someone connect me to COMEX with Denali, please?

There is so many links. Not easy to find out what to do...

Or maybe a detailed instruction based on my current account set up, please?

Thank you in advance.

Kind regards,

Arek

I cannot find out what to in order to apply for real data feed with Denali (on COMEX).

Is it possible to schedule a phone call or a live chat?

Kind regards,

Arek
P.S. I need to start with Comex. In the next move I will go for EUREX.

If you go through the instructions you will eventually get to the part where you need to activate the exchanges you want. It is in that step that you will select the COMEX exchange that you want.

But, you need to go through all of the instructions for the Denali Exchange Data Feed, or you will not have everything setup properly. Again, follow the instructions starting here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/DenaliExchangeDataFeed.php#SetupInstructions_AccountPreparation

The instructions are step-by-step. If you get stuck at a particular question, then feel free to ask, but please start by going through the instructions.

Could you check if I have done everything, please - in order to have a real data feed for COMEX, from Denali.

I hope I have not done anything by mistake - i.e. subscribed to Denali for EUREX etc.

If I have signed all the documents, and $12 has been taken from my account, what shall I do in order to switch from CQG COMEX to Denali Comex.

It will be great to have a live chat, or a live support.

Kind regards,

Arek

The next step you need to do is to change your Service Package. Since you are currently on Package 5, you will change your package to Package 11. You will do this at this link:

Thank you, Jhon. I see.

As at the moment I have access to EUREX, CME and COMEX (via CQG) when I switch to option 11, will I still have historic data to EUREX via CQG and Denali data feet to CME and Comex?

Thank you in advance.

Kind regards,

Arek

And what MBO means? I see that more expensive options have MBO (number 12).

Best,

MBO is Market By Order. Refer to the following information:
Market By Order Data

You can change to that package if you want to get that data. Just make sure that when we get to selecting the exchanges that you select the exchanges that include the Market Depth, as you will need that to get the MBO data.

Yes, if that is the way you want it. You can also get EUREX data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed if you like.

Thank you John.

In other words, if I swap to package 11, I will still have data from EUREX (CQG). Other - CME and COMEX will come from Denali?

I will probably connect to Eurex next month.

Thank you. And if I switch now how much will I be charged? I few days ago I paid $36. Will the system charged me $46 or just the additional $12?

Thank you in advance.

Your monthly fee on Package 11 is $46.00.

Then the Exchange Fees are in addition to that. So if you get the COMEX with Market Depth exchange along with the EUREX, then you would have the following exchange fees:
- COMEX with Market Depth: $10.40
- EUREX with Market Depth: $25.00

Thank you.

I topped up $60 and $12 has been taken straight away. What was the money taken for?

And just to make sure, I have paid recently $36 for Sierra Advanced and my subscription expiry probably on the 5th of May. If I switch to Denali will I be charged $46 straight away or just the $12 difference?

Please advice.
