No data after switching to CQG order routing

I switched to CQG order routing, got CQG credentials and I have green connection but receiving no data. I translated symbols to current service. Some errors below. I use Denali and still want to use it. Is there anything I should do?

I checked with AMP and they confirmed my account has this enablement "To use Sierra Chart with CQG requires that you have a CQG account which has the following enablement: The Sierra Chart Connection Mode with the SierraChartData private label."

Seems like Sierra wants to get data from CQG not Denali.

Yes I did all according to instructions which are simple and obvious.

I have set it up to CQG order routing, sierra feeds enabled, connected ok, but when i open any chart I get that message which looks like sierra is trying to get data from CQG not Denali.

So still not getting any data

Unfortunately no change. I have connection with green status bar, but no luck with downloading data.

Atached log with forced login and translation to new service again.

Seems it still wants to pull data from CQG not Denali:

Well it's pretty depressing to still have this problem not sorted out after another 12h.

This shouldve been a 15sec setting and I still get no data from Denali. My sierra's trying to pull data from CQG even though AMP says Im Denali and they set only CQG order routing for me.

So again Im in the middle of Sierra-AMP pingpong and you were saying you wanted to have all things under your own control. So please finally take one and help me. Thank you

I did everything on my side per instructions and you can see my settings on screenshots and my log.

I switched my current selected trading service to SC Data - All services, translated symbols and I get data no problem, obviously data only no trading. But when switched to CQG WEBAPI and translated again it's the same problem - Symbol is unknown, Download Failed, and same story as before.

We want you to uncheck Use Custom Symbol Settings Values:
Global Symbol Settings: Use Custom Symbol Settings Values (Global Settings >> Symbol Settings)

And then after that update the Symbol Settings.


Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings:

Yea it's working! Nasty waiting but love you guys anyway ;-)

FWIW I didnt have custom settings checked in Global Settings but I did have it checked only on my ES.F symbol.

I guess it was forcing symbol update what did the trick.
